The course Aims and Objectives are to:
- Increase Knowledge and Understanding of what constitutes an Effective Working Relationship
- Exploration of Practitioner Skills such as Pro-Social Modelling, Using The Cycle of Change and Motivational Interviewing Techniques
- Develop Knowledge on Open and Closed Questioning, Socratic Questioning and using Strength-Based Questions
- Increase Understanding of Cognitive Bias
